Direct Energy Business supports small business by streamlining your electricity or natural gas switch. Depending on your service area, you may choose Direct Energy Business as your retail energy supplier for your electricity service, your natural gas service, or both.

What Switching Means to Your Business
When you choose Direct Energy Business as your retail energy supplier, you will enter a contract with Direct Energy Business. Your contract terms will include:

• The start and end date of your service
• Service, price and contract definitions
• The type of service
• The price per kWh/per Dth
• Billing and payment information

How to Switch
First, confirm that your business is located in a Direct Energy Business service area.

Then, contact us for a no-cost, no-obligation quote for your electricity or natural gas—or both. We offer two ways to request a quote:

Online. Complete an online form for an electricity quote or natural gas quote. To expedite your request, we will ask you to upload electronic copies of your two most recent electricity or natural gas bills. You may also complete our quote form without attaching your bills; OR you can complete the online form and fax your two most recent bills to 1-416-758-4581. Attn: Karen Sampson.
