Our fixed price natural gas contracts provide your business with the benefit of locking in a natural gas rate for an agreed-upon period of time. During your contract period, your natural gas rate will not increase. With fixed price natural gas, you can plan your budget projections more effectively and protect your bottom line from rising energy costs.
Our contracts are typically available in terms up to 36 months. The terms and conditions of your contract are based on your regional legislation and your individual usage profile.
Will my natural gas service change?
Your natural gas service will continue seamlessly, but we offer your business an additional level of account support.
- Your natural gas supply is still delivered to your business by the local distribution company or utility in your service area.
- This local distribution company or utility will continue to provide maintenance, read your meter and respond to emergency service calls.
- Direct Energy Business is responsible for securing your natural gas supply at a competitive rate.
