Gold System Support Services
Our Gold System Support Services plan is a comprehensive service program designed to share the risk of owning, operating, and repairing your Building Automation System.
For one fixed fee, we will eliminate the expense associated with equipment failure and repair – ensuring that you won’t be burdened with unexpected costs and allowing you to more accurately budget expenses. The comprehensive service program includes:
- Operational Support
- Preventative Maintenance Inspections
- Repair Services
- Emergency Service to ensure quick reliable response
For automation systems, we provide the latest enhancements to graphical user interfaces and area level controller firmware. In addition, as we introduce new technologies, we can offer preferred “factory” pricing for cost-effective upgrades. The Gold package includes Remote Diagnostics Support, System Application Support, Database Maintenance and Client Onsite Training.
Silver and Bronze Support Services
Our Bronze and Silver System Support Service plans are flexible service programs designed to provide exactly the level of Operational Support, Preventive Maintenance Inspections, Repair Services or Emergency Service that you need.
We customize our support services to support your facility staff in achieving your objectives, and to make it easier for you to manage the daily operation of your building.
Building Services Product
The Building Services that offer in relation to our Building Automation Systems includes:
- Customer Service Plan: An overview of our three levels of System Support Services.
- Customer Service Contract: Defines the payment terms, and terms and conditions of the Building Services product.
- System Support Services: Provides a complete overview and description of all Direct Energy Business Services service offerings.
- Labour Rate Schedule: Outlines labour rates for work not covered under the selected Customer Service Plan.
- Schedule of Equipment: Outlines the equipment covered by the agreement.
- Maintenance Inspection Task Sheets: Outlines the service procedure, function, benefit and frequency of Preventative Maintenance Inspections.
