Peggy Lunsmann

Vice President, US Operations and Information Services

Peggy Lunsmann is Vice President, US Operations and Information Services for Direct Energy Business. Peggy is responsible for the efficient management of the Product Configuration, Transaction Management, Billing, Customer Care and Collections functions as well as Information Services and Change Management across the US.

Peggy joined Direct Energy in 2002 to manage US North Operations for both the Mass Markets Energy and Commercial and Industrial businesses. While at Direct Energy, she has led the successful and extensive integration of two leading retail energy providers, including the people, processes and systems.

Prior to joining Direct Energy, Peggy was Division Manager, Consumer Operations at AT&T. With nearly 20 years of experience, she has a wealth of operations and leadership knowledge from her years in Strategic Business and Planning, Product Management, international and domestic Operations and Information Technology Management.

Peggy holds an undergraduate degree in Business Education from Marywood University.
